Askern Moss Road is an infant academy within Leger Education Trust. Located in the ex-mining village of Askern, Moss Road makes provision for currently around 90 pupils aged 3-7 years old in a modern building opened in 2016. We are excited to be able to offer such a modern and accessible learning environment for our children and the community.

Recently our EYFS outdoor learning space has been redesigned to facilitate high quality outdoor learning experiences. We are a caring school community where everyone feels safe, valued and their opinions are heard. We endeavour to provide high quality learning experiences that excite and challenge our children to reach their true potential and become rounded and responsible citizens.

We hope our website gives you a good idea of what our school is about and our high expectations. You may also wish to visit our school, and we warmly welcome visits from prospective parents of Nursery and Reception children during or after the school day.
